Community Guidelines

Our playground thrives when everyone plays fair, treats others with respect, and keeps the fun flowing for all.

Frosty Night Playground Hub is built on the idea that social gaming should be joyful, inclusive, and safe for every adult who joins. These guidelines exist to protect that experience. By using the platform you agree to follow them in all interactions โ€” in games, in chat, and across every community feature. We review these guidelines regularly and will notify the community of any significant changes.

๐Ÿค Respect and Inclusion

  • Welcome every player regardless of their background, skill level, identity, or play style โ€” diversity makes the community stronger.
  • Hate speech, slurs, discriminatory language, and content that demeans any individual or group are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.
  • Harassment โ€” including repeated unwanted messages, targeted mockery, or attempts to intimidate another player โ€” is never acceptable in any form.
  • Celebrate wins (yours and others') with sportsmanship; avoid gloating excessively or belittling players who are losing.

โš–๏ธ Fair Play

  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage is forbidden โ€” if you discover a bug, please report it immediately through the Help Center.
  • Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to farm Frost Coins, inflate leaderboard positions, or circumvent restrictions is prohibited and accounts involved will be actioned.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform on your behalf undermines fair play for all and is not permitted.
  • Accept game outcomes gracefully; outcome disputes must be raised through the official support process rather than through player-to-player confrontation.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Responsible Enjoyment

  • Play within healthy boundaries โ€” use the session timers and coin-limit tools available in your account settings to keep gaming a positive part of your day.
  • Take regular breaks; if you notice that play is affecting your mood, sleep, or daily responsibilities, step away and consider using the self-exclusion feature.
  • Do not encourage other players to play more than they seem comfortable with, and never mock someone for stopping or setting limits.
  • If you or another player appears to be in distress, use the platform's report feature or contact one of the support organisations listed in the footer.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Content Standards

  • Keep all chat and in-game messages friendly, constructive, and relevant to the platform โ€” treat every conversation as if it were public, because it is.
  • Spamming, flooding chat with repeated messages, posting unsolicited advertisements, or sending chain messages disrupts the community and is not allowed.
  • Adult, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive content is prohibited in all user-generated text, usernames, and profile images.
  • Sharing or linking to external content that violates any of these guidelines โ€” or that is illegal in any jurisdiction โ€” will result in the content being removed and the account being reviewed.

๐Ÿ”’ Privacy and Safety

  • Never share personally identifiable information โ€” such as your real name, address, phone number, or financial details โ€” in any public or private channel on the platform.
  • Do not solicit personal information from other players, whether through direct messages, chat, or any other feature.
  • Respect the anonymity of other players; do not attempt to identify, dox, or expose the real-world identity of anyone using the platform.
  • If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact support immediately โ€” do not attempt to resolve security issues through community channels.

๐Ÿšฉ Reporting and Enforcement

  • To report a violation, use the report button available on player profiles, chat messages, and game screens โ€” describe the behaviour clearly so our moderation team can investigate efficiently.
  • All reports are reviewed by a human moderator; we do not act on reports automatically, and both parties may be contacted during the investigation process.
  • Moderators may take temporary protective action โ€” such as muting or suspending an account โ€” while an investigation is ongoing; these actions are not permanent unless the investigation confirms a breach.
  • False or malicious reporting (submitting reports as a harassment tactic) is itself a violation of these guidelines and will be treated accordingly.

Violations and Consequences

We believe in giving players the opportunity to understand and correct their behaviour. However, the safety and enjoyment of the broader community always takes precedence. When a violation is confirmed, our moderation team applies consequences that are proportionate to the severity and frequency of the breach:

Formal Warning

For first-time or minor breaches, the player receives a written warning via their account notification centre explaining the specific rule that was violated and what is expected going forward. The warning is recorded on the account and considered if further violations occur.

Temporary Suspension

Repeated violations, moderately serious single offences (such as targeted harassment or deliberate cheating), or failure to comply after a warning will result in a temporary suspension. The duration โ€” ranging from 24 hours to 30 days โ€” is set at moderator discretion based on the nature of the breach. Frost Coin balances are preserved during a suspension.

Permanent Ban

Severe violations โ€” including hate speech, sustained harassment campaigns, exploitation that harms other players, or any illegal activity โ€” will result in a permanent ban without a prior warning stage. Accounts banned permanently may not be reinstated, and any associated accounts may also be actioned. If you believe a ban has been applied in error, you may submit a formal appeal through our support team within 30 days of the ban being issued.

Frosty Night Playground Hub reserves the right to update these guidelines at any time. Material changes will be announced via platform notifications and this page will be updated with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines. Questions about these guidelines can be directed to our support team via the Help Center.
